Why did I choose my career?
When I was a child, I wanted to be a singer and a dancer. I also loved animals, until now, so I wanted to be a veterinary. I think that I was interested in those topics because I was influenced by my family, because all the members of my family like and made music and art, but not in a professionally way. When I had to make a choice about my career, I was a little confused. I liked very much Psychology, but I was better at sciences like Math, Chemistry and Biology. I also was good at Philosophy, but in History not so much. So I didn’t know what career choose. I knew that I loved in general terms the sciences of the mind. I was interested in the knowledge of the human being and in reflecting about why we think, feel, or do in a certain way. So I chose a career that has a little of Philosophy, and Science, and that has as a central topic the human behavior and the subjectivity. So I chose Psychology.
